5 World of Warcraft Hacks for Free Game Time and Products

Anyone who thinks the best things in life are free isn’t a hardcore gamer. Besides initial charges for the game and the never-ending expansion packs, there are subscriptions or monthly game time charges and pay-to-win elements. Luckily for people who enjoy Blizzard games and have their World of Warcraft characters at maximum level, the recently released Battle.net Balance option lets players buy tokens with in-game currency tradeable for balances that can be used for Blizzard games, WoW character services and game items for World of Warcraft, Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm.

WoW Tokens can cost 100,000 in-game gold or more, but the hacks below may let you earn the gold you need for a token in a mere 20 to 40 hours of game time.

1. Looking for Raid

By using the 12 LFRs available in the Legion expansion and each awarding 194 gold, you can earn a minimum of 2,328 per character per week. Add to that selling runes on the auction house and disenchanting or vendoring gear, and you can easily increase that to 3,000 gold per character for a time investment of 2 to 4 hours per week.

2. Soloing Old Raids

You can earn between 500 and 1,500 gold per old raid by selling BOP and gray loot to vendors. If you have a character with tailoring and enchanting skills, disenchant greens and use all cloth to make bags that can be sold on the auction house. Soloing 10 old raids such as Sunwell, Black Temple, Mount Hyjal, Icecrown Citadel, Naxxramas, Ulduar, Firelands, Blackwing Lair, Dragonsoul and Mogu’shan Palace will net you approximately 10,000 gold per character per week, and more if you get lucky pet drops for a time investment of 4 to 6 hours per week.

3. Pet Farming

The addition of battle pets in the Mists of Pandaria expansion and the Raiding With Leashes and other pet-collecting achievements have generated a brisk trade in pets on most servers. Even better, because pets are account bound, they are the best way to transfer gold between factions as you can farm pets on characters belonging to one faction and sell them on characters from another faction.

4. Class Hall Missions

While there are many good reasons to get your class hall followers to maximum level, the best one is that it only takes a few mouse clicks to send them out to farm gold for you. At maximum level, they will earn you approximately 5,000 gold per week per character for a time investment of only a minute or so each day.

5. World Quests

Several World Quests available in the Broken Isles area to maximum-level characters award 50 to 200 gold per quest and only take a few minutes each to complete.
