The ‘Uber’ Of Dog Sitting?

A Seattle based company Rover is poised to be the “Uber of Dog Walkers/sitters”.

The early concerns, and valid ones were that ‘I’m not leaving my dog with a stranger from the Internet’, but Rover’s Dog Walkers and Sitters are highly vetted and have a review system.

You can browse local sitters and walkers and see their rates reviews and all information.  It’s use has exploded in the last year in Seattle and into other major (and minor) cities in the US.

Also, you can also sign up to become a dog walker/sitter and start getting paid to hang out with some new furry friends.

We gave it a whirl and it worked out cheaper than our doggy day care, and a bit less hassle.
